| Whenever possible, operations managers for Gail
Stilwell Maids, Inc. are hired from our group of housecleaners, as they, first and
foremost must be very good housecleaners themselves in order to expertly manage a maid
service. We've discovered that usually the best housecleaners also have a well developed
work ethic and seem to be brighter and better organized than most. If no one person stands
out among the housecleaners of Gail Stilwell Maids, Inc. and we have to hire a manager
outside of that group, a new manager first must spend weeks on housecleaning alone to
learn this most important and basic aspect. All Gail Stilwell Maids, Inc. managers go
through an intensive six week training period viewing four videos, learning policies and
procedures from our training manual and continue to experience hands on training for at
least one year. |
Gail Stilwell Maids, Inc. has a group of
operations managers whose experience has made them experts in the maid service field. Each
office of Gail Stilwell Maids, Inc. either initiates or receives between 75 and 125 phone
calls per day, which really broadens and hones managers' skills. This fast paced
environment quickly teaches them to be concise and yet courteous, so that they do not
waste the customers' valuable time. |
